If you are a domestic customer, you should have received an email with your tracking number for your package
when we processed your shipping label. Make sure that you read the projected shipping date on your email as we
will sometimes print your shipping label the day we receive the order and it will not ship for another day or so.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND that when your shirt leaves our warehouse, there is nothing that we can do. If it is
running late, we cannot find out when it will be there. Please take your tracking number and go to www.usps.
com and enter that number there and you will have as much information as we do.
The USPS tracking system is one that is not updated constantly. So if we have shipped your product on the 10th
for example, please don’t contact us on the 14th asking us where it is. The guidelines are 3-5 business days for
First Class Shipping, and that is exactly what they are…guidelines. They are provided by the Post Office. We
cannot make threatening phone calls to them any more than we already have.
If you have not received your package within 3 days of your estimated arrival, then please CONTACT US. We
will be more than happy to help you out from there or send out another product.
If you are an international customer, it will be shipped USPS Priority International Shipping, and you will not be
able to track your shipment. Once your shipment is outside of our borders, it goes to your National Postal
Carrier. We will not have any way to track it for you.
USPS Priority International shipping will usually will take 6-10 business days (depending on your country) to get
to your location once the post office has your package. Please understand that this is not a guarantee. It is a
guideline provided by the United States Postal Service. Around the holidays, shipping times can take longer.
This shipping estimate does not include time spent in your countries customs area. This can slow your
shipment down considerably at times (especially around the holidays) and we have no control over this.

If you have not received your package within 7 days of your estimated arrival, then please CONTACT US. We
will be more than happy to help you out from there.
As we are a T-Shirt printing company, we do require 1-2 business days (business days are Monday – Friday
excluding national holidays) to print and ship your order and get it shipped (unless noted on our website that we
will be shut down). 95% of our orders ship within 24 Hours. The reason for this is because we do receive
hundreds of orders a week of varying styles, colors, and designs and we print the shirts as they are ordered. For
us to keep a constant inventory of all of these designs, shirts, and colors we would need to have a warehouse of
about 15,000 thousand t-shirts already printed, hoping that they would sell.
If your order was received by us on a Wednesday, your order will ship on Friday (at the latest). Use the chart
below to see the latest date your order will be shipped. HOWEVER, we usually try to get our orders processed
and shipped within 1 business day. Please take a look at some of our past feedback (most of it talks about our

MOST ORDERS ARE PRINTED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 1 Business Day!
There are a few things that you can do to check on your order.
1. Please check your shipping address with PayPal. Sometimes customers will order a shirt and not have it for 2
weeks and then contact us with questions. We will then get their shirt back in the mail saying that they are no
longer at that address. YOUR PACKAGE WILL SHIP TO WHATEVER ADDRESS IS LISTED WITH PAYPAL
UNLESS YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO YOUR SHIPMENT. If your shipment has already gone out to the
wrong address, we will wait until we receive your order back to us before shipping a new shirt.
2. Make sure that PayPal has your correct email address. When we print out your shipping label, PayPal should
have automatically sent you a tracking number to your email address. Sometimes customers change their email
address and forget to update it in PayPal.
If your email address was not updated, please go to your PayPal account and click on the payment transaction.
You will have access to your tracking number and information. Use this to see where your package is at.
3. If your items shows that it was delivered to your address, please make sure that it is not inside the front door
or that someone else in your family did not pick it up for you.
4. International orders - sometimes these orders will get caught in the customs department of your country. This
has happened in the past and if this is the case, it is completely out of our control. Depending on your county,
this can take anywhere from 24 hours to up to 30 days for your item to clear the customs department. Our items
are shipped all over the world and if it is caught in customs, there is nothing that we can do other than to wait it
out. If you have waited more than 3 weeks for your international shipment, please CONTACT US. Around the
holidays, this can especially be a problem that is completely unavoidable by us or by our shipping methods.
ALL CUSTOMERS – if you have placed an order and do not have it yet, please Please make sure that you have
allowed enough time for order processing and shipping time. Shipping times are listed above for domestic and
international.
If you have allowed enough processing and shipping time and you still have not received your order, then please
have your order number, ebay item number (if purchased on eBay) and the date you made your purchase and
CONTACT US. We are very prompt in returning your questions.
There are two ways to pay for your shirts:
1. Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck)
2. Offline Order Form - Including a money order, personal check, or cashier's check. Personal checks will take
up to 5 days to ship once we receive the check for it to clear. United States funds only please. CONTACT US
for an offline order form.
We have a 100% Guarantee on all of our products. Just let us know if there is a problem and we will make it
right. Most of the time, the problems arise from people ordering the wrong size shirt (maybe you should not have
eaten that last slice of pizza). Consult our sizing chart to make sure that you get the correct size. If you need to
return your shirt, the only returns allowed are shirts that are unworn, deodorant free, and unwashed t-shirts. You
must fill out our RETURN FORM and then ship the item back to:

Returns can be made for up to 30 days from the shipping date of your product. Full refunds are offered (minus
shipping and handling.) Please try and make sure that you order the correct size. SIZING CHART
We guarantee 100% that our products are brand new, never worn, and defect free items. If for some reason you
are unsatisfied, please Contact Us and we will work out arrangements to ship you another item or refund 100% of
your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We will do this up to 30 days from the time that your
product has shipped.

Absolutely. Our shopping cart is 100% secure and checked daily. You can see that it's secure when you enter
your payment information in our shopping cart. On the page where you are entering your personal information
(name, address, etc.) you will see in the address bar that it starts with https://. The S in HTTPS means that it is
secure. Also, when you make your payment, we never see any of your financial information, that is handled by
our payment processer. We also NEVER rent, sell, or give out your email address under any circumstances. We

USPS Express Mail Shipping Rates - Ship Time 1 Business Days
We primarily use Gildan 6.1 ounce T-shirts that are 100% Cotton. These tees wash extremely well and have an
excellent life span. These are not cheap t-shirts like you would find at other t-shirt sites and they run pretty true to
size. If you normally wear an XL, you should order an XL. You can also view our Size Chart.
That's easy, we purchase our t-shirt in bulk from a local wholesaler (saves on shipping), print our own tees in our
shop, and do not outsource anything. We pass the savings along to you, our beloved customer.
Tracking information for packages is in an email from PayPal (our shipping processor). Sometimes this can get
caught in your spam filter and thrown out. To get your tracking information again, please DO NOT call us,
simply send us an email through our Contact Form with your order number. There is someone monitoring this
email box all day and it is much more efficient for us to email you your tracking number again (from our Designer
Teez email address). Around the holidays we get a number of these calls so please just email us and we will get it
